Loot Crate Review and Toilet Paper Thursday!

Hiya everyone out there in internet land! Joslyn here doing my very first in depth Loot Crate review and toilet paper Thursday post! Sorry I haven't been posting much this week, I have been very busy getting the birthday boy's party ready. Since he picked Minecraft as his theme, I'm having to craft all his party decorations and goody bag stuff since they don't really have anything available for that kind of theme. I will be sure to post pictures when I'm finally done with everything!!! Now on to some toilet paper shenanigans!!! Since this Thursday falls on my Loot Crate review and Loot Crate is about geekiness and video games..................................

Would you play toilet paper Mario with me???
Someone please make me that Piranha Plant toilet paper holder......pretty please with cheese!!!!

Hehe anyways, for those who don't know, Loot Crate is a monthly subscription box service that caters to gamers and geeks alike. Each box runs for about 13 dollars and if you get the three month or six month subscription, they become slightly cheaper. Six dollars shipping and handling applies to all subscriptions and if you search online you can usually find a code that will give you some kind of a discount. The discount code they have out now is TOKEN and it will give you 10% off. Yay! Also  if you decide to sign up, you can use my friend referral code and help me get a free box so I can do more reviews! Double yay! http://mbsy.co/lootcrate/154027.

Alright so the first thing we got in our box was a Street Fighter mini series blind box from http://www.kidrobot.com/. The character we got in our box was E. Honda and his arms and head move. It also came with a sticker card. You can get these for about $9.95 a piece.

The second thing we got in our box a Street Fighter Enamel keychain blind bag also from http://www.kidrobot.com/. We got Blanka vs Zangief. On the back of the keychain it has their special moves! Awesome! You can get these for about $4.95 a piece.

The third thing in the box was a nifty collectible Space Invaders candy tin from http://www.bostonamerica.com/. It was filled with sour apple mini invaders!!! You can find these for about $2.50 a piece.

The fourth thing in the box was an 8BZ arcade token from http://8bitzombie.bigcartel.com/. One side of it is an old skool Nintendo Power Glove and the other side is a 1-up coin with tiny Pac-Mans chomping on dots and Pac-Man ghosts. Very cool! You can get these for about $3.00 a piece.

The fifth thing in the box was some old skool candy from http://www.candywarehouse.com/. We got one IBC Rootbeer barrel and one E. Frutti gummy candy mini burger. Though, these are only worth .5 cents a piece, I still think it was a cool thing to add. I do wish they would have added a few more pieces. Ahh, sure does bring back memories!!!

Last but not least was my FAVORITE item in the box! It was a collectible Mushroom Kingdom Racing Cinch Pack from http://www.graphiclabtees.com/. Since this is a one of a kind item, I put the value at $10. Also, their website and concept are really cool, so be sure to check them out!!!

All in all, I'm pretty pleased with out first Loot Crate. The total value of the box was about $30.50 which is more than what I paid for it. That's all from me today, I'm going back to party supply making for the rest of the week. Stay tuned next week for an in depth skin care post and a comparison video on powdered volumizer!

Also don't forget to enter our drug store beauty haul giveaway worth $60!!! http://girlsneedtoiletpaper.blogspot.com/2013/04/give-away-contest.html

Peace, love, and fruit cake ya'll!
